CAD Design & 3D Modeling
We provide custom part design and CAD modeling for components ranging from simple parts to complex, production-ready designs. With 6+ years of CAD experience using SolidWorks and Fusion 360, we can develop new concepts, refine existing designs, or turn your ideas into accurate 3D models. Designs can be delivered in a variety of formats including STEP, STL, IGES, DXF, DWG, and native SolidWorks or Fusion 360 files to support manufacturing, prototyping, and further development.
We provide complex assembly design and CAD modeling for mechanical systems, machinery, fixtures, and multi-component products. Using SolidWorks and Fusion 360, assemblies can be developed with proper component relationships, fitment, clearances, and manufacturability in mind. Complete assemblies can be delivered with individual part files, assembly files, engineering drawings, and common CAD formats ready for prototyping or production.
We provide prototype development services to turn concepts and CAD designs into functional parts for testing, validation, and refinement. Using 3D printing, machining, and fabrication, we can quickly produce prototypes that help evaluate fit, function, and manufacturability. Each iteration helps identify improvements and move your design closer to a production-ready product.
We design custom tools, jigs, fixtures, and fabrication aids for a wide variety of manufacturing, assembly, and shop applications. Solutions can be designed for 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, machining, or a combination of processes depending on the application. From simple alignment and drilling guides to application-specific fixtures, each tool is designed around your part, process, and workflow.
3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering
We provide 3D scanning services using the Einstar 2 to accurately capture the geometry of existing parts, components, and assemblies. Scan data can be processed and delivered in a variety of formats including STL, STEP/STP, OBJ, IGES, DXF, and G-code, depending on the application. Scanned parts can also be converted into 3D-printable models, allowing physical components to be captured, reproduced, and prototyped quickly.
We provide reverse engineering services to turn existing physical parts into accurate, editable digital models. Using either 3D scan data or direct measurements, we can recreate components for replacement, modification, reproduction, or integration into new designs. Finished models can be delivered in a variety of formats, including STEP/STP, STL, IGES, DXF, and fully editable Fusion 360 or SolidWorks files.
